In the economy of the Russian Federation, an important role is played by large industrial enterprises engaged in the extraction and processing of valuable resources for their further sale at an extra cost.

Traditionally, the areas of activity of such enterprises in our country are the oil and gas sector, mining and, of course, forestry. About a large company that works with the extraction of valuable forest species in our country, and this article is written. We are talking about the company "Kralesinvest", the feedback about which we will provide here. In addition, of course, it will be told about the enterprise itself and the specifics of its activities.

The largest investment project

It all started with the fact that back in 2006, the administration of the Krasnoyarsk Territory decided to hold a tender for the development of a significant forest area in the Boguchanskaya Hydroelectric Power Station with the further development of the territory by an industrial complex. As planned, it would have to include an aluminum plant, a sawmill, and later other industrial facilities. To objectively identify an investment fund that would engage in such a large-scale and at the same time promising project, a tender was held in St. Petersburg. Vnesheconombank won it.

The company was to organize an enterprise that would fulfill all the tasks set and at the same time operate on the VEB investment base. That is how Craslesinvest CJSC was formed. Media reviews indicated that the first years of the project's activities will go to the organization of a sawmill base, after which in 2014 the company should begin its work.

And so it happened. Until the end of last summer, as was planned in the plan, work was carried out on the construction of infrastructure for premises in the area where workers were being built. In particular, as noted on the Kralesinvest website (employee reviews on the sites confirm this), mass construction of roads to the place of organization of the construction of the industrial complex, as well as the construction of places for housing, began. According to the website, in total, more than 200 kilometers of roads in the forests were laid for the export of wood and equipment. For the residence of workers, 3 full-fledged hotel complexes were created; 7 more will have to be created in the future. All the necessary equipment and specialists were delivered to the place of work. In the summer - at the beginning of the fall of 2014, the Cralesinvest comprehensively covered by media resources was launched - a closed joint-stock company created on the basis of investment capital in the amount of 34 billion rubles (at that time 16 billion had already been invested).

Naturally, with such investments, the project promises to be very profitable and promising. As noted in the official plans published, again, on the company’s website, the company must chop and sell 4.1 million cubic meters of wood per year. And all this is due to modern equipment, well-functioning logistics and, of course, rich reserves that the Krasnoyarsk Territory boasts.

Another advantage is that Craslesinvest CJSC (Krasnoyarsk) predicted that the reviews would grow into a larger company due to the beginning of work in the future on other construction projects - in particular, to start the construction of the same aluminum plant, to work on infrastructure facilities in the Boguchanskaya HPP area and in other ways to continue its development. Due to this, the enterprise could grow to even larger sizes. Moreover, the investment potential allowed to do this.

Construction and launch of the project

When the actual start of work took place, everyone assumed: “Kralesinvest”, the reviews predicted, will become the most successful company in the region, providing a huge number of jobs; will bring the economy of the region to a new level; will create a new industrial park, which will also become an important object of the economy even for the federal level. And everything, in principle, led to that - the housing of the first 400 employees was arranged. Some of them are logging workers, another part is project managers and project managers, timber sales specialists. Together, it was supposed to be a team that would take Kraslesinvest (reviews of it will still be given) to a new level. But in the plans no one had economic difficulties that suddenly fell into the enterprise.

In the media in early 2015, there were reports that salaries were being delayed at the enterprise, employees were dissatisfied, and activities (as reported by the Kralesinvest) were stopped. Unfortunately, there was no doubt about the veracity of these reports, as soon the management itself confirmed them, citing the lack of investment payments from VEB. In turn, representatives of Vnesheconombank noted problems with the decision, which should be made by a special committee responsible for allocating funds. Against the backdrop of these problems, of course, reviews about the company Craslesinvest CJSC, as you might guess, will not be the best. However, we will try to characterize the enterprise in terms of its structure and vacancies in general, bypassing the topic of lack of funds.

After reading more than one review of the Kraslesinvest employer, we can conclude: at times there is a misunderstanding between the “coordination center” (the office where the sales are organized) and the executive body itself — the production wing of the company. Therefore, there is also a management (directorate) of the enterprise. Its task is to organize the work process, both for ordinary workers and for managers, most efficiently and harmoniously. Thus, the 400 vacancies that were already mentioned in the article are divided between these three structures.

If we talk about the "department of managers" - work in "Kraslesinvest" (Krasnoyarsk) - the reviews characterize him pretty well. There are many complaints from the employees about the heads of the department. Workers complain that they are incompetent specialists who are unable to solve continuous work tasks properly. For everything else (except for salary delays, of course), there are no complaints. A nice bonus: the office offers a beautiful view due to the location.

If we talk about the size of the salary promised at the enterprise, then there are no complaints about Kralesinvest. Reviews about the employer from those who work in the office indicate that they pay well (compared to other companies). At the same time, the work itself is dustless: it is necessary to have communication skills, to be an active, sociable person; to understand the specifics of trade relations related to logging and timber sales.

As for labor directly in production, here, too, payment is proportional to the complexity of the conditions in which a person works. The starting salary here equals (as the reviews say) approximately 35-40 thousand rubles with full food and housing provision, as well as taking into account the provision of leave and various social guarantees. Due to this, one can confidently call such a job interesting for many applicants. In the future, the board only grows.

Problem with leadership

A separate item can be devoted to the issue of feedback on company executives: employees see in them almost the main problem, “Kraslesinvest”. Trifonov (reviews of him, as you might guess, are not the best) - a new member of the board of directors of the company, which was appointed in early 2015. This is a young manager who came to the company allegedly to help with financial difficulties that entailed salary arrears. And after a few months, the workers spoke negatively of him: he was a deceiver, promised the “Golden Mountains” and did nothing, set up the team.

Another example is the commercial director Iskhakov. The reviews note that he also cannot be called competent in his field: a person does not have information about the products manufactured by his enterprise, not to mention some skills in selling them, negotiating with potential buyers, and attracting investors.

Another key person is Harisov CEO. The reviews indicate that this person uses the wrong, ineffective management techniques, such as excessive pressure on “unwanted” employees and all kinds of encouragement for those in his “team”. Some reviews say that Kharisov “survived” some valuable personnel from the enterprise, replacing them with his acquaintances or close people, in order to establish the management of the enterprise was easier. In this case, the final quality of work, of course, falls.

Difficult financial situation

In parallel with all this, one cannot fail to mention the absence of salaries. Yes, the company is clearly going through quite difficult times, this is obvious even to those who monitor the situation only according to media reports. Since large funds from the Investment Fund of Russia have already been invested, no one will close Kralesinvest, there is no sense in worrying employees about this. However, there is nothing to rejoice about: further financing is not expected, and Vnesheconombank has problems with profit from the activities of the ZAO: they show that it does not exist. But there are reports of employees according to which harvested wood is periodically removed from the territory of the complex in an unknown direction - and these facts are testified more than once.

As some publishers reported back in the winter of 2015, the prosecutor’s office of the Krasnoyarsk Territory began an audit on the fact of non-payment of wages in order to identify their causes and punish those responsible. However, it is still unknown how much they helped and whether violations related to the sale of timber “on the side”, which workers themselves have repeatedly noted, were found. Also, the investment council does not know how soon the bank will continue lending and will begin to allocate further funds to the Krasnoyarsk industrial complex.

Another violation related to the predicament of the company, which is mentioned by many reviews, is the attempt by the authorities to force employees to go on unpaid leave. The motives for this are obvious: the fewer people are currently involved in work, the slower the employer’s debt to staff increases. However, this strategy of "saving" management is doubtful: the workers also need to feed their families with something. Having gone on such a vacation, they actually temporarily lose their jobs and hope that the funds will ever be compensated to them.

Positive sides

CJSC “Kraslesinvest”, of course, is a large, promising and interesting project that could grow into a large industrial construction holding. The company could (and, in principle, can still - in the future) provide thousands of jobs to residents of nearby regions, who saved many families from the dire financial situation. This would not only increase the economic potential of the region, but also the standard of living of ordinary citizens, which is also very important.

All this was facilitated by several factors. These are: lending to one of the largest domestic banks; huge economic potential hidden in huge forest deposits; the possibility of further equipping the region, the construction of new enterprises that could develop in a separate way. Stability, excellent working conditions, career growth and the ability to receive high wages - all these are the undoubted advantages of the company, if it does not have problems with funds, as it is now.

The negative features of Kraslesinvest (again, in addition to non-payment of salaries and frozen investments) include, perhaps, the lack of competence of individuals holding senior positions. Reading the comments, you can see: most employees indicate the shortcomings of specific individuals. It is impossible to attribute this to some personal misunderstandings or bias: dozens of people mention these surnames. Perhaps investors should study these people more closely, conduct additional screening and be more responsible for such appointments.
