Most often, downloading a file looks simple, you click the "Download" button on a site and in a browser, a downloadable file appears in the "Downloads" section. However, there is another way to download, not using a browser, but using a torrent client. It is the torrent client that starts the download after receiving the very magnet link.
In simple words, a magnet link is a regular code that carries various information about the file: name, size, and so on. These links work with torrent clients, and some cannot exist without others. It is a file with the extension .torrent that carries a magnet link.
Programs for working with magnet links
So, we figured out what constitutes a magnet link, how to open it, let's talk now. It was already mentioned above that a torrent client will be required to work, but briefly. Now we will analyze this question in more detail.
