The leaves and flowers of the plant also have medicinal properties: the infusion is drunk for colds, coughs, colitis, acne, skin rashes, erysipelas.
Contraindications:
- some diseases of the intestine, gout, nephritis;
- diarrhea;

Tasty berry facilitates the course of pregnancy, accelerates recovery after childbirth. It relieves cramps, reduces pain, relieves toxicosis and makes it less pronounced, soothes. Tea with raspberries is drunk with the threat of miscarriage, with pain after childbirth, and also with the aim of increasing lactation.
Application in cosmetology
It is curious that raspberries, whose beneficial properties and contraindications have been known since ancient times, are also used in cosmetology: they make masks for facial skin and infusions for rinsing hair. It is recommended to eat in unlimited quantities per season. And in winter you can feast on dried, frozen berries or raspberry jam.
How to keep raspberries for future use
In dried form, all the healing properties are preserved. Berries are dried in the attic under a metal roof, in the oven or in a Russian oven. Store raspberries in a dry place in cans or tight boxes.
