Effective HR management is the best way to achieve enterprise prosperity.

The main component of the success of any enterprise is its employees. And competent personnel management is the key position of the enterprise in the market, which determines its importance and financial growth.

For the proper organization of workers, the individual qualities of a manager alone are very few. Here you need to know the management, methods of effective management and real-life examples of the experience of successful leaders.

Personnel and its role in the enterprise

Employees are individuals who are in a relationship with an enterprise (as with a legal entity) that is regulated through a contract of employment or an employment contract. Both co-owners and owners of the enterprise (as individuals) can participate in these relations if, in addition to their part of the income, they also receive payment for personally participating in its activities.

The personnel of an enterprise is personnel that possesses a number of attributes: qualifications, competence, and abilities.

All employees of the enterprise are qualified in the following categories: workers, technical employees, specialists, professionals and managers.

Depending on the type of activity, personnel can be divided into the following groups: operational, repair, operational, maintenance, technical and administrative.

Human resource management is the activity of enterprise managers, which is aimed at developing targeted strategies, concepts in the field of personnel policy and effective methods of production management.

This process consists of a system of interrelated organizational, social and economic measures to create normal conditions for the functioning, formation and maximum use of working potential. Human resources management is an ongoing process aimed at achieving the objectives by motivating and changing the goals of employees.

Labor motivation

Labor motivation and satisfaction with the results of work depend not only on the employee himself. An important role in this process is played by the immediate supervisor.

Human resources management is the impact on people in such a way that they have a desire to work, to show themselves in the best possible way.

Motivation - a combination of external (legal norms, administrative influences, collective incentives and norms of behavior) and internal (personal needs, individual values, personal interests, ideals and motives) motivating forces.

Human resources management is the precise definition of goals and awareness of the end results of work. The manager must organize the production process so that subordinates see the importance of work in the initial stages and have the opportunity to participate in final decisions. Work organized on these principles ensures the satisfaction of all participants in the work process.

Management service

The personnel management service is a number of structural units (in the field of management) in conjunction with the officials who manage the employees within the framework of the chosen policy.

The personnel management service includes: a department for hiring and dismissing employees, a personnel department, a service for selecting, adapting, training, planning, forecasting, a department for organizing everyday life and recreation, and setting working conditions.

This service is a structural unit that does not directly participate in production activities, while helping to ensure the normal functioning of the enterprise. The work of management services has 2 directions: strategic and tactical.

The strategic direction of the service is focused on the development of personnel policy of the enterprise. This is the development of theoretical views, requirements, ideas, methods and practical actions for working with personnel.

As part of the tactical direction, ongoing personnel activities are being carried out to create the workforce of the enterprise. The essence of work in this direction is a clear distinction between the functions of employees and their implementation in practice.

HR Concepts, Tasks and Goals

In conclusion, I would like to note that the main tasks and goals of management are to provide the enterprise with highly qualified personnel, their effective use, as well as the organization of professional development of subordinates.

To date, the main concept of management at the enterprise is: the role of the employee’s personality, knowledge of motivational factors, their ability to develop and direct them to the implementation of the tasks that are set for the enterprise.
