First you need to choose the right vegetable crop. To do this, select cobs with moist stigmas of small sizes. Then they are washed well, while the peel is either cut off or left (as you like), placed in a bowl with thick walls and filled with water a few centimeters above the level of corn, covered and boiled for half an hour and a half hours. Very often a small amount of milk is added to the water.

Some people know how to cook corn in a microwave. For this, green corn leaves are laid on the bottom of the dishes, then the corn itself is also covered with leaves from above, poured with water, tightly covered and cooked for fifteen minutes.

In addition to cooking, you can also stew this vegetable, and the dish will turn out to be no less tasty. To do this, take corn cobs (two hundred grams), two tomatoes, one onion, fifty grams of dill and parsley, salt and two tablespoons of butter.
