One of such martial artists, which deserves our attention, can be considered a man named Gustafsson Alexander.

The fighter was born in the Swedish city of Arbug on January 15, 1987. In the octagon, Gustafsson Alexander received the nickname "The Torturer." His main fighting skill is boxing, although quite successfully he also uses grappling. He began to engage in sports at the age of ten. It has outstanding anthropometric data: height - 195 centimeters, and weight - 93 kilograms.
Career
Gustafsson Alexander began speaking under the rules of MMA in 2006. Initially, he spent his fights in little-known promotions of his native country and the Old World. But already in 2009, the athlete moved to the UFC, where he was able to fully reveal his talents. His first opponent in the American organization was Jared Hamman, whom the Swede knocked out in the first round. However, already in his second battle under the auspices of the same promotion, Gustafsson Alexander was defeated at the hands of Phil Davis, and the loss turned out to be premature, since the tormentor was strangled.
This defeat gave impetus to the Swede for further development, and already for his next fight he was preparing even more seriously. For training, Travis Brown was invited , who greatly helped Alexander improve his strength and speed. As a result, the next opponent of the European was defeated by suffocation from behind. It turned out to be the Frenchman Diabate.
Next, the fighter Alexander Gustafsson fought with veteran Matt Hamill, who replaced the injured Vladimir Matyushenko. Trying to win the champion’s belt, Alexander lost, but then spent two more matches in an attempt to regain the status of the official contender for the title. But nothing came of it, and the fighter again overtook losses to his opponents.
