Grape seed oil, or as it is also called, grape oil is a unique product that finds application in many fields - from medicine to cooking. This is a storehouse of natural useful and nutritious substances; cosmetologists knowingly call it the βelixir of youthβ, which gives health and beauty to our skin, hair and nails.
There are only two ways to get grape seed oil. The first is the method of cold pressing seeds, the second - using chemical extraction. The first method, of course, is much preferable, since the oil is not subjected to any heat or chemical treatment, which allows you to fully preserve all useful substances in it. But this process is quite expensive and the yield of the finished product is very small. The second method allows you to get much more raw materials, which, accordingly, significantly reduces the cost of the finished product. But as a result, oil loses part of its useful properties, therefore, in cosmetology and in cooking, the product obtained by cold pressing is more valued.
The composition of grape seed oil is simply unique - it contains almost all the necessary vitamins, as well as micro and macro elements, flavonoids, and essential fatty acids Omega-3, 6 and 9. Thanks to its rich composition, grape oil has the most positive effect on the body person. It is proved that the daily use of at least one teaspoon is an excellent prevention of cardiovascular diseases, atherosclerosis, arthritis and even Alzheimer's disease. And recent studies by scientists have shown that grape seed oil actively helps our body fight cancer!
But grape oil is useful not only when taken internally, it gives no less effect when applied externally. Cosmetology corporations have long introduced this product into many nutritious creams, serums, masks, cosmetic creams and lotions.
Thanks to natural antioxidants, grape oil provides reliable protection for the skin from premature aging, promotes its renewal, moisturizes and nourishes. And due to its ability to quickly penetrate into the deeper layers of the epidermis, it promotes the active saturation of tissues with oxygen and beneficial substances.
Indispensable grape oil as well for hair care. It is especially useful for hair regularly subjected to severe stresses - dyeing, curling, drying with hot air and styling in complex hairstyles. That is why most manufacturers of professional cosmetics have long been using grape oil in their products. The use of these products helps to restore damaged hair very quickly and restore their natural shine and softness. But in order to appreciate the wonderful properties of grape oil, it is not at all necessary to run to a cosmetic store for a bottle of expensive shampoo. This oil is available to everyone and everyone, and with it you can create your own cosmetics at home, in no way inferior to the store.
Many are afraid to use cosmetic oils in pure form for procedures with hair, since it is far from always possible to wash them off well. But grape seed oil has, unlike most oils, a non-greasy and non-sticky structure, and therefore leaves no residue on the skin and hair. For nutrition and hydration, it is applied to the hair roots with massaging movements, and a small amount of oil is distributed along their entire length. After that, you need to wrap your head in a warm towel (to enhance the effect) and leave the mask for 25 - 30 minutes. After a week of use, the hair will become noticeably more shiny, smooth and elastic and will be easy to style in your hair.
Grape hair oil can be used as an independent product, or you can prepare various mixtures with other cosmetics, as well as use as a basis for healthy masks with essential oils.
For dry and normal hair, a nourishing mask of almond, peach and grape oils mixed in equal proportions is perfect. Gently massage the resulting mixture into the hair roots and leave for exposure for 30 to 40 minutes.
For dry and dyed hair, such a mask will be useful. In a tablespoon of grape oil, 4 drops of essential oils of lemon, rosemary and ylang-ylang are dissolved. The mixture is applied to the roots of the hair and left to act for 40 minutes, wrapping a towel around the head.
For dry and naughty hair, the following mask is suitable. 1 teaspoon of grape oil is mixed with egg white and lemon juice (it can be replaced with lemon essential oil). Rub the mixture into the hair roots with gentle movements and leave to act for 20 to 25 minutes, then rinse with shampoo.
Also, grape seed oil can enrich the composition of any ready-made shampoos, masks and hair balms. After that, they can be used as usual. Do not be afraid that these products will quickly deteriorate, on the contrary, grape oil is a natural natural preservative (this quality has long been successfully used in cooking), and thanks to its addition, the shelf life of cosmetics will only increase.
