After graduating from a coaching school in Cologne, he began to train clubs from the 4th division of the German championship. In 2002, Pasulco led the national team of Moldova. His career as a national team coach lasted 3 years. He failed to achieve high results with this team. The salary was paid to him by a German company that implemented projects in Moldova. For financial assistance, she could count on the support of the authorities. But after she was not able to implement the planned projects, she stopped financing the team, and the illustrious coach had to look for a new job.

Then Pasulko headed the Khazar Lankaran football club from Azerbaijan. But after a short period of time I decided to quit. After this, Pasulko returned to Germany and headed the club 5 of the German league Junkersdorf. In July, he became a coach of the Uzbek club Shurtan, and 2 years later he headed the club Atyrau. A year later, Pasulko began to train the football club "Ordabasy". In the first season, he managed to win the Kazakhstan Cup with the team and take 6th place in the local regular season.
