The development of market relations favorably affects a growing number of different companies and organizations. To systematize data on all enterprises of the country, they are combined in various classification registers (by type of activity, by form of education, by share of authorized capital, by location, etc.).
Company card and its receipt
There is an established procedure for passing the registration procedure for each type of entrepreneurial activity, whether it is aimed at making a profit or not. After this process, each organization, regardless of its size and number of personnel, is issued an enterprise card. This document is required to be provided upon request by interested bodies or customers. It contains the shortest and most important information about the organization. Moreover, this document can be of various types and is issued in the territory where the registration of a legal entity takes place.
So, for example, a card of an enterprise engaged in freight transportation or other transport services (escort, curation, etc.) is a card used for digitizing data. It is issued by a special authorized body. This card provides for reading information from the memory of the tachograph apparatus. The latter is installed in a vehicle in order to take into account the driver’s rest time and control of the vehicle. The enterprise card is a kind of “miniature safe”, which stores all the information about the organization. So, the main and main parameters for the presence in this document are:
- The full legal name (as in the charter document) of the organization. At the same time, no abbreviations can be used in this column.

This document also contains all the possible bank details: the name of the bank, its individual number, address, account numbers (especially settlement), who is the recipient of the transferred funds, etc. An enterprise card may contain information about which of the company’s managers has the right signatures in documents. Often there is also a mention of the name and surname of the head of the organization. If desired, the card of an enterprise, individual entrepreneur (individual entrepreneur), LLC (limited liability company), ODO (additional liability company) or other form of legal entity may have the name of the document on the basis of which the organization operates. Also, some organizations indicate the amount of the authorized capital and other parameters.
