Vodka with this name appeared on store shelves at the end of 2013 and immediately became the subject of heated discussions.

The fact is that this product was created using a completely unique technology. Specialists of the famous Ukrainian corporation "National Vodka Company" for a long time devoted to the development of a drink that would not be like everyone else. Four years ago, they succeeded. The company's technologists have created a new product that has no analogues in the world. “Quail” - vodka, which, in fact, is not much different from other similar drinks. Its composition is pretty standard:
- rectified ethyl alcohol "Lux";
- specially prepared drinking artesian water;
- oatmeal infusion;
- sugar;
- "Lactusan-2" (lactulose concentrate).
But this is not the secret of the product. As conceived by experts, natural quail eggs are used to purify vodka. Being an excellent natural adsorbent, they play the role of an ideal biological filter. The drink is poured into glass containers of the original oval shape with a long narrow neck. At first she had a standard form with a label on which was shown a quail sitting on a branch. Later, designers made some changes to it. The front side of each bottle now has two labels. One shows the name of the brand and type of product marked “eco”, and the second shows a quail egg on a background of green grass with an inscription talking about a unique way of cleaning.
Russian manufacturer
The Russian city of Veliky Ustyug is also directly related to the well-known Ukrainian brand . The fact is that the local distillery has launched production of the famous Ukrainian Quail.
Here it is produced in two types:
- "Farmer". In addition to the main ingredients, flavored alcohol is added to the composition. As a result of this, vodka acquired an unusual taste. It was complemented by a pleasant aroma of dried apples.

Who owes the first to its birth vodka “Perepelka”? The manufacturer and full-fledged creator of this drink is located in Ukraine. The local "National Vodka Company" has spent a lot of effort to present a completely new product to the consumer.
It uses a unique technology of natural biological treatment, which has no equal in the world. Eggs brought from quail farms located in the Kiev and Cherkasy regions are used as a filter . Here, birds are given only environmentally friendly feed. Therefore, there is no reason to doubt the quality of the eggs they carry. The preparation of the filter solution is done manually. Each egg must first be thoroughly checked, and then the workers break each of them, separating the yolk from the protein. The prepared mass is collected in special containers. After that, the protein is diluted with water and slightly whipped. Upon contact with the alcohol mixture, it absorbs all esters, organic acids and fusel oils.
