The word time trouble (meaning translated from German - need for time) used to be used only in chess terminology in a situation of lack of time to think about a move. In the modern sense, this is a lack of time to carry out important tasks.
There is no universal remedy for time pressure; it cannot be avoided either in a large company or in a tiny production. An acute lack of time suggests that the company is actively working, but there are some unresolved issues in terms of organizing the production process. If periodically there is a need for general mobilization, then the company opens new projects, creates retail facilities or service points. It is better, of course, when such activities are planned in advance, especially participation in exhibitions and various seminars. What is time pressure can tell an organism that is experiencing stress, which will negatively affect health.
However, often the lack of time is provoked not by internal but by external circumstances - changes in legislation and taxation and restructuring of production activities caused by this reason. Nobody can foresee and plan this. At the same time, everyone’s self-organization and strict discipline will allow them to survive periods of time pressure without loss, especially if you use time management. But most often the time pressure situation is created by the people themselves.

What time pressure is, employees can learn because of the strategy of the management itself, which is accepting more and more orders, ignoring the deadlines and loads that fall on the shoulders of employees and not encouraging them for overtime hours. For example, the owners of the print media in pursuit of profit at the last moment before the release of the finished issue decide to sell the strip for advertising. The finished strip is removed, in its place they put an advertising text that still needs to be written, subtracted, corrected, edited and made up. This is an unscheduled work for a journalist, editor, and layout designer. In this case, the previous material must be preserved. In this case, you need to rearrange other articles and redo them.
If the owners do not change the strategy of their leadership, the team will always be in a fever due to their fault. Such editorial offices (enterprises) have a high turnover of staff, because not all employees agree to pay the superprofits of their owners for their health.
2. Personal disorganization
If you mean non-urgent work, then the reason for the emergency may be such a character trait of the employee as his disorganization. For example, after receiving a new task, he is in no hurry to carry it out, putting off all the time. As a result, execution is delayed until the deadline, and then performed in a hurry and poor quality. If subsequent operations suffer from poorly executed operations, then the entire order will be poorly executed. Because of one unorganized employee, the whole team will be punished. Such cases must be dealt with. Indeed, such situations create tension in the team. An employee who has a similar flaw should start a diary and draw up a daily work plan. The most important thing is to follow it strictly. This is the only way to cope with your own disorganization and forget about time pressure.
