It is produced from juice, pieces of berries, alcohol or vodka, sugar, water in various proportions. Ripening period - from one month to a year according to various recipes. The fillings are early ripening, mid-ripening and late ripening. Apple is also a late ripener. It should ripen long enough: up to six months. In the food industry, apples are made in the factory. However, you can easily cook it at home. So it is even tastier and more aromatic. In addition, you can independently adjust the amount of sugar and alcohol and not use dyes and preservatives.

  • Wash the apples, remove the rot, clear the core and seeds (some prefer to peel the peel, but it contains nutrients). Cut into slices.
  • As the alcohol component, strong drinks are suitable: vodka, moonshine, cognac, diluted alcohol. But the best option is still vodka (high-quality, but not too expensive).

The recipe for apple filling (classic)

Ingredients: sweet and sour apples - 2 kilograms, water - 2 liters, sugar - 1 kilogram, vodka - 1 liter.

We prepare the prepared apple slices in a large container (glass or plastic). Boil 1 liter of water and cool. We dilute half a liter of vodka with water and pour apples. It will take a kilogram of sugar per liter of water (simmer for five minutes, removing the foam). Cool. We combine the infusion, syrup and the remaining vodka. Stir and close the lid. We put three kilograms of prepared apples in a large bottle. We breed vodka (liter) in four liters of boiled water. Pour apples. We tie the bottle with a cloth on top. Set for two weeks in the sun, sometimes shake the mixture. When the apple slices rise, the liquid is drained. Next, take one and a half kilograms of sugar and dissolve it in a liter of water. Cook for five minutes. Pour the syrup into the bottle. There is another liter of vodka. Stir. It can be filtered again and bottled for storage.

Some tips

  • Do not forget that the strength of the resulting drink should not exceed 20 degrees. Then he drinks easily and tastes good. The presence of degrees is not difficult to measure with a special instrument. If necessary, you can bring the liquor by adding an additional amount of vodka to it (thereby fixing it).
  • Also, apple juice should be infused in the pantry (or any other dark, cool place) for up to three months. Then it is considered fully ripe.
