Let's not forget that we are talking about working with living people who differ in many ways, pursue different goals, and have different abilities.

Methods of staff incentives are different. Agree, in different situations you need to act differently. Material incentives for staff have always been effective, but sometimes you need to act more deliberately and cunningly. Tough measures are not excluded.

It’s not a sin to let employees go before the end of the working day. This is remembered for a long time. It is possible that people will work hard all week just to leave home an hour earlier on Friday.

Staff incentives can also be carried out with extracurricular leave. Vacation is anyone's dream. Everyone wants to get extra free days. Most often, an extraordinary vacation is granted to those people who perform complex, and often even unpleasant, work. This is really a great encouragement, which can make a person happily tackle something that he would not undertake under ordinary conditions.

Stimulating staff is also possible by granting the right to independently choose and set a working day schedule. The employee works when he wants, it is very convenient for him, the norm is fulfilled, which means that the bosses leave everything as it is. To maintain a convenient schedule, people will put a lot of effort.

Stimulating staff is also possible by increasing the level of responsibility. You can act in different ways. One can suggest that the work performed is indeed very important. You can think of each of the employees some additional posts (big names of these posts are especially welcome), you can shift your responsibilities to someone, that is, assign the team leadership for a while. Let employees know that their work is important. They must know why they come to work every day.

Stimulation of personnel is carried out with the help of various kinds of awards, bonuses, diplomas, thanks and so on. I especially want to note financial incentives. Of course, most of us go to work just for the money. This means that additional financial resources are an excellent incentive. A person will do anything, just not to miss the reward due. The incentive to work is the threat of losing the prize.

Letters and letters of appreciation (in principle, prizes too) are recommended to be presented in public. So that everyone sees. Feel free to praise the person, alternately listing all his services to the team and the enterprise. Everyone in the soul wants to be in his place. The incentive to work well, of course, will be.

Often the incentive is even a simple approval from the authorities. True, in order for such stimulation to work, the boss must not only be able to praise correctly, but also be an authority, he must be respected, appreciated, and even a little afraid.
