We equip the absorption zone of the "primeval" dish, do-it-yourself barbecue ovens

With the onset of the warm season, humanity begins to relentlessly draw on nature. I want to spend any free minute somewhere outside the city, forgetting about civilization warming us in the winter. To be nourished from an inexhaustible source by force, energy. Nature attracts us to itself, and we, like a child, are in an unconscious hurry, having played enough, to our mother, we are in a hurry to her.

And so, the workflow is finally over. Hurrah! Escaped out of town. Good. But rest do not rest, and you always want to eat, and in nature, even if you do not engage in physical labor, sports games and exercises, calories are consumed much faster. And I want to replenish them not with cakes and sushi, but with food, ancient and uncomplicated, like nature itself - with meat. Char grilled meat, who will remain indifferent! And that means we cook our own barbecue.

Barbecue is a versatile dish, it can contain both meat, fish, sausages, and vegetables, mushrooms. The main thing is that the products are baked and fried in the heat created by white-hot coals. To do this, you can buy a barbecue grill in a special store or order on the website on the Internet, but the food will be much tastier and more aromatic if you cook it in a brick oven with your own hands.

How to build a do-it-yourself barbecue, general tips with brief instructions

To begin with, as in the construction of any object, it is necessary to choose the site where the furnace will be located. It should be smooth, without a bias, located near the house, away from plants and combustible, as well as highly inflammable objects. Smoke is also harmful to trees. For fire safety, it is advisable to lay it out with tiles, or at least a 2 by 3 meter rectangle where the planned building will be directly erected.

Do-it-yourself barbecue stoves can be made of brick, stone, using a sand-cement mortar (3 parts of sand to 1 part of cement). The simplest construction of the structure reminds, when viewed from above, the letter β€œP”, except for the walls, has an iron tray (for coal) and a grate (the dish itself is prepared on it).

We put the boards along the edges of the planned oven and stretch the cord, indicating the position of the future walls of the barbecue. The approximate length of the furnace is five bricks, and the depth is three. We apply a solution along the walls to the foundation (tile).

Lay out the first row of bricks, check its horizontal level. We start the next row with half a brick, breaking the whole in half. Thus, we put five rows. Sixth we will form a ledge on which the pallet will hold. To do this, lay the bricks across. We continue to erect a half-brick-wide wall three more rows. Then lay out the protrusion for attaching the grill. We form it as the previous one. Instead of protrusions, starting from the sixth row, you can insert iron pins between bricks, on which barbecue grills will later be attached.

After three rows, we finish the construction of the main part of the barbecue oven with our own hands and proceed to the arrangement of the working surface. First, we build a table frame from bricks. We lay a plywood sheet and a board covered with paving or ceramic tiles from above.

Work on the seams of the oven and the legs of the table, giving them a rounded shape until the solution sets.

The main barbecue facility will be ready in a few days, when the sand-cement mix hardens completely.

During this time, you can erect a canopy, dig up benches, a table or otherwise designate it in some other way, ennoble the absorption zone of the "primitive" dish.

If you have successfully selected a site for the construction of a barbecue oven with your own hands, then the place of cooking delicious and wholesome food can become a favorite recreation area for your whole family, friends, as well as a real decoration of the yard or meadow in front of the house.
