The name "Ruble" is widely heard by many. It is associated with a place where rich and famous people live. However, not everyone knows what Rublevka is and where it is located. A bit of history
The area where Rublevka is located and where today a hundred square meters of land is worth about 20 million has been known since the time of Ivan the Terrible. Then Rublevo-Uspenskoe highway was called the royal road. Even then, rich people settled here. In the middle of the last century, the premises were converted into a laundry room for a sanatorium. And since 1996, the temple was reconstructed and open to visitors.
In 1935, the own building of the Barvikha sanatorium was built. This elite medical-resort zone is still functioning. On the territory of the sanatorium there is a healing coniferous forest, ponds and pools. However, only the owner of a ticket to an institution that is affordable only to very wealthy people can see this beauty.
Zhukovka as an elite shopping area
