By train, Noginsk connects to the cities of Elektrostal, Elektrougli, Balashikha, Pavlovsky Posad and Staraya Kupavna. To Kursky station in Moscow, trains from Noginsk often leave. The Moscow Regional Drama and Comedy Theater with a permanent troupe is working in Noginsk. The building was renovated in 2010. There are also commercial cinemas and sports facilities, an artist’s house, two museums and a theater for young spectators.
In one of the four parks, located on the banks of the Chernogolovsky Pond, there is a boat station and a platform for skateboarding and roller skating. In winter, an ice rink is arranged in the park.
