Barnaul areas: features and interesting facts

As can be seen from the table, the largest in area is the Central district of the city. The smallest - Zheleznodorozhny - is almost five times smaller than it. But the most populated is the Industrial District. At least 180 thousand people live within it.

The central position in the city is Zheleznodorozhny district. In development, it is represented mainly by the private sector. Here is the main railway station, as well as a number of universities. But the Central district is rightfully considered the "trading Mecca" of the city. After all, there are 9 markets and about 300 trading enterprises.
