Construction is a separate industry, where the creation of fixed assets with industrial and non-industrial purposes is carried out. The technology of construction production sets itself quite specific tasks - to develop, on the basis of production experience and modern scientific achievements, new economically feasible and efficient processes of a technological nature, and then introduce them. This area of applied science has a fairly wide coverage of the phenomena, work, processes being analyzed, representing a combination of two interconnected and sequential systems: the technology of manufacturing building materials with the technology of erection of structures and buildings.
It is worth mentioning that the technology of construction production is a whole science of methods for implementing construction processes that would ensure the processing of materials for construction, as well as methods of creating structures, semi-finished products with a change in their current state, sizes, and properties to obtain products of the required level. In this case, the term “method” means the implementation of construction processes that are based on various methods of exposure using effective tools.
In our country, the development of construction production is carried out on an industrial basis, which is based on the widest application of structures, building materials and parts of construction production. Thanks to scientific and technological progress , a significant reduction in the cost of manual labor is observed, and builders are acquiring new machines and mechanisms, as well as effective mechanized tools. New technologies in the production of building materials allow achieving high-quality results. At the moment, monolithic and precast-monolithic construction is gaining ground based on theoretical research.
