In the city of Vidnoye, Moscow Region, among a large number of residential neighborhoods, such as West Biryulyovo, Vostochny Biryulyovo, the districts of Vidnoye, Domodedovo, as well as in close proximity to such LCDs as "Green Alleys", "Eco-Vidnoe", "Colors of Life" , Zavidnoye, Vidnoy Gorod and Yuzhnoye Vidnoye, a new shopping and entertainment complex is under construction. About the mall
Shopping center "Vidnoe Park" covers an area of 100 thousand square meters, where more than 50 thousand square meters are allocated for the trade zone.
The total parking area will be more than twenty-five thousand square meters.
There are three floors in Vidnoe Park. One floor is completely given over to the trade zone, and the other two are occupied by underground parking for 1140 places. There is a surface parking lot - it is located in front of the Leroy Merlin building under construction within the framework of the Vidnoye Park shopping center, it has 814 parking spaces.
The management company of the shopping center is Vanchugov & Partners. This company differs from many in the market by its concept. It consists in the full management of commercial real estate - from the very beginning of construction to the integrated management of an already constructed building.
The shops
The first store, which was opened as part of the Vidnoe Park shopping center, was the Lenta hypermarket in December 2017. For its visitors it is open around the clock and daily. The remaining stores, which are supposed to be located on the remaining retail space, have not yet opened.
The approximate opening date of the shopping complex is the first quarter of 2018. Then the main tenant of the area will be the Leroy Merlin hypermarket. It will occupy an area of more than 40 thousand square meters, and will also become the largest of the entire network of these stores. The rest of the area will be occupied by Eldorado, Detsky Mir stores, the area of which will be more than a thousand square meters, and other stores. Exact data on other tenants, in addition to these, until the opening of the Vidnoe Park shopping center is not yet available.
Cafes and restaurants
One of the catering establishments that will open on the territory of the newly-built shopping center will be Burger King. The feature of this fast food restaurant will be a large area, as well as the option “food on wheels” - drivers will have the opportunity to drive to a special window on their personal vehicle and make an order.
Also in the shopping center will open the traditional fast food restaurant "Little Potato", known for its specialties throughout the country.
Entertainment
At the moment, there is no specific information about the entertainment that may be presented in the new Vidnoye Park shopping center. Now all that is known is that there will be a Detsky Mir store in the shopping center, a trip to which will definitely please the smallest visitors.
TC "Vidnoe Park": how to get there
There is a shopping center 300 meters from the Moscow Ring Road. The shopping center is located in the city of Vidnoye, Moscow Region, at the address Staro-Nagornaya street, house 20.
Getting to the new shopping center from Moscow and the Moscow region is not difficult, both on public and private transport.
As such, there is currently no public transport stop near Vidnoe Park, and access to the shopping center can only be done by personal transport via Staro-Nagornaya Street or through BP gas station on M4 Don.
The nearest bus stop is the Leninsky State Farm, where many buses stop, for example, No. 1017, 1020, 1020K, 1040, 1042, 1039.
Summary
According to the original plan, the Vidnoye Park shopping center was supposed to be built back in 2016, however, for several reasons, the construction was significantly delayed, and until 2018 the shopping center was never opened.
The shopping center will be divided into two large components - the first will house the Lenta grocery store, the Decathlon goods store, the L'Etoile cosmetic store, the Detsky Mir chain store for children and others, and the second part will house the store household goods "Leroy Merlin."
Earlier, in 2015, this shopping center was named "Retail Park Vidnoe". It was planned that it will have construction and sports shops, a grocery hypermarket. Commissioning was scheduled for 2016. It was supposed that there would be 2 floors of a boutique zone, as well as an automobile center and restaurants, but as a result, the developer stopped only on one floor of the building.
Shopping center "Vidnoe Park", is expected to become one of the largest shopping centers in the city of Vidnoe. Its main features will be:
- Transport accessibility - 300 meters from MKAD, as well as a 20-minute drive from the nearest Moscow metro station.
- For tenants - an opportunity to embrace the interests of many buyers, since the shopping complex is located near large residential areas.
