Especially for those who are used to spending most of their time with family and friends, and indeed, they are not used to sitting in the same place every day from morning to evening. It consists in the fact that the work is carried out by several teams - shifts that work in turn: at first one team works for several days, then another, and for the first shift the working time of the second is days off. The payment for such work, as a rule, is in salaries. Salary is a fixed

Free schedule
Free work schedule - a rolling schedule in which the employee himself distributes working hours. In this mode of operation, he may only be required to complete a certain plan for a certain period of time. Accordingly, payment for such work is accrued for operating time. In fact, the employee plans his salary together with the work schedule. The amount depends only on the time spent on work. This schedule is mainly used by advertising and sales agents, teachers and freelancers. It is also almost ideal for students, because they never know when to get free time, and when you suddenly need to come for a couple or for an important standings.

The most obvious advantage of such a schedule is the large amount of free time that is given several times a week (when working in shifts) or the employee is completely left on his own and plans a working day on his own, based on his own interests (free schedule). In addition, there is always the opportunity to ask to replace yourself in the workplace, having arranged an extraordinary day off. True, then you still have to work out the required time, which is not always convenient when working for days. In any case, it always seems possible to have a good rest before the next working day in order to return to the workplace peppy and in a good mood. This always has a positive effect on the quality of work and the size of wages.

Despite the obvious advantages, such a schedule is not without flaws, many of which become significant under certain circumstances. The rolling schedule is completely devoid of the stability of the normalized eight-hour working day, which affects the remaining habits. After all, if you come and go from work at a certain time, this creates a certain atmosphere of smoothness and self-confidence, due to the fact that every day is clearly planned out.
In addition, working day or night shift, there is a risk of earning many chronic heart diseases due to constant exorbitant loads. Adversely affect health and the fact that life is deprived of the necessary rhythm and becomes "unpredictable", and yet for the body the usual pace has always been precisely coherence and measured.
