Early biography

Andrei Vladimirovich Kurpatov was born in Leningrad on September 11, 1974. He chose the profession of a psychiatrist as a child, following the example of his parents. The father and mother of Dr. Kurpatov were military doctors. After graduation, he entered the Naval Academy named after Admiral Nakhimov. After receiving a military specialty, Andrei Vladimirovich follows in the footsteps of his parents and submits documents to the Military Medical Academy named after Sergei Mironovich Kirov at the faculty of naval affairs, where he received the specialization “doctor”.

The knowledge gained by Dr. Kurpatov during his studies at this department formed the basis of a new direction in the treatment of diseases called "systemic psychiatry of behavior."

Engaged in scientific research in the field of humanitarian knowledge, psychotherapist Andrei Vladimirovich Kurpatov compiled a new system of methods. Since 1999, Dr. Kurpatov began working at the Pavlov Clinic for Neurosis. Andrei Vladimirovich got a job in one of the most difficult departments - for patients in crisis. At the age of 25, he created and headed the first Center for Psychotherapeutic Assistance in St. Petersburg, became the organizer of the methodological department of psychiatry under the administration of the Health Committee.
