The one who wrote the work "The Little Prince" spent his childhood in conditions similar to the life of a royal person. Antoine de Saint-Exupery was born in the Count's family and spent his childhood in an old castle, the walls of which were erected in the thirteenth century. Here at the beginning of the twentieth century his widowed mother settled with five children. Despite some dilapidation, the castle kept traces of centuries of luxury and history.
Tonio (what was the name of the boy in the family), along with his brothers, ran through huge halls decorated with armor and tapestries, but most of all he liked to walk with a forester in a huge park and tinker with a variety of animals. From a gray life he was saved by the opportunity to fly. He was recruited to the Lakoeter company, where he proved himself to be a desperately brave pilot and a dedicated man, for which he was awarded the Legion of Honor.

Only in 2000, his plane was found, and the German pilot, who lived to be 88 years old, admitted that he brought down the writer.
