plum wine. The same tincture, only obtained by fermentation.
We will need:
- cold water - 3 glasses;
- sugar - 3 kg;
- peeled plum - 6 kg.

1. Cut the plums in half and remove the seeds from them.
2. Put the plums in a glass bowl (container) and add sugar and water there.
3. Then tie the neck with gauze and place for 2-4 days in a warm, dark place.
4. When the first signs of fermentation appear (bubbles and foam appear on the surface of the tincture), pull a medical glove (available at the pharmacy) with a hole in one of your fingers on the bottle or install a water shutter.
5. Soak the tincture for 30-40 days, until fermentation ends.
6. Next, filter the tincture through cheesecloth.
7. Pour the resulting drink into bottles, then seal them tightly.
8. After 3-4 months of aging in a dark, cold place and can be consumed.
