Alexander Sergeyevich Kozlov is a footballer, striker who, by the age of 23, has gone a rather interesting way as a footballer, playing not only in the Russian championship, but even in the Champions League.
Alexander was born on March 19, 1993, in Moscow. From childhood he was fond of football, was engaged in the Academy of "Spartak" them.

Career at FC Spartak

In the spring of 2011, as part of the youth team, he scored a goal in a match against peers from Italy. That goal brought victory to our team. In total, for the youth team of Russia, Alexander Sergeyevich Kozlov spent 8 matches in which he could distinguish himself three times.
In the fall of 2010, for the first time in his career, he made his debut in the Champions League in a match against Chelsea (Anglia).
In the 2012-2013 season, he went on loan to Khimki, where he appeared on the field just a few times, not distinguishing himself with goals scored. Returning back, he continued to play at the Spartak-2 farm club, which at that time had just entered the Professional Football League. For the 2013/2014 season I was able to score 9 goals in 19 games.
Career turning point
Alexander missed the 2014-2015 season due to a severe injury - a rupture of the cruciate ligaments. Usually, when the “crosses” are broken, the players recover for at least a year, Alexander’s process dragged on for more than a year and a half, because of which he couldn’t gain a foothold in the main team of the Moscow club. Playing only for the double and Spartak-2, he stopped falling into the main team. According to the football player himself, after the injury, they no longer saw such talent as before, besides they did not give practice so that he could fully show himself. Over the past season, the second team of the Red-White has played less than three full matches, if you look at the amount of time that he was on the field. In this regard, at the end of the contract, the parties did not renew the contract. Alexander Sergeevich Kozlov was in the status of a free agent.
New career chapter
In the summer of 2016 he ends up at the Tosno football club , with whom he signs a contract for two years and manages to hold two matches. However, two months after he gets to Tosno, he moves to Voronezh, where he signs a contract with his new and current club, the Voronezh Fakel.
Both clubs are representatives of the National Football League. Both “Tosno” and “Torch” are fighting for a ticket to the Premier League, are one of the favorites of the First League. As the football player himself noted, he wanted more practice, in Voronezh they needed him more, and after arriving at the Fakel training camp, he signed a contract a few days later. In the 2016/2017 season, he has repeatedly appeared in the Voronezh club.
The young footballer is only 23 years old, which means that in his career everything is just beginning. Many footballers by the age of 25 just fall into the main team of the football club, and their career begins to grow up. However, it is worth noting that a pupil of one of the best football academies in Russia went to his age a path that many young football players did not even dream of.
