Immediately make a reservation that I do not choose complex recipes. In my opinion, the dish should be not only tasty, but also easy to execute.
Baked pike perch with vegetables
Our fish marathon is opened by baked pike perch in foil. You can use both whole fish and filet. Essential Ingredients:
- 1 zander;
- 100 grams of carrots;
- 100 grams of onions;
- 6 cloves of garlic;
- 100 grams of zucchini;
- 1 lemon;
- 70 ml of soy sauce;
- 100 ml of olive oil.
Chop carrots, onions and zucchini with thin sticks. Mix. Cut the lemon into circles of the same thickness (about 10 mm) and fry on both sides in a preheated pan without adding oil. Each side must be fried for 1.5-2 minutes. Cover the baking sheet with foil and spread the first layer - roasted lemons. Lay the vegetable layer on top and season it with oil and 0.5 part of the sauce. We decorate the dish with fish and pour the remaining sauce. Finish the culinary creation by adding crushed garlic. We seal the foil and put the baking sheet in the oven, heated to 200 degrees. After 20-30 minutes, the pike perch with vegetables will be ready. In this way, you can bake fish both at a gala event and at a picnic.
Fish under cheese crust
To
bake fish in sour cream under a cheese crust, cut the fish fillet into pieces. Mix a little flour with salt, roll the fish meat in it and transfer it to a baking sheet, greased with sunflower oil. Shred the onion and lightly passer. Feature of this recipe: the more onions - the better! In a clean cup, beat the eggs and begin to introduce sour cream (for 2 kg of fish we take 400 ml of sour cream and 2 eggs). Pour this mixture into the fried onions and add mustard and a little salt. Pour the fish with this dressing and spread the cheese chopped on a grater on top. The dish is cooked
in the oven at 200 degrees until a golden crust forms.
Fish with mushrooms
We move on to the next recipe, which fans of mushrooms will appreciate. Baking fish in this way is also very simple. Cut the bone-free fish into large pieces. Sprinkle with pepper and salt and lay on a baking sheet, treated with oil. Heat sunflower oil in a pan and fry chopped carrots and onions. Next send the mushrooms sliced โโin large slices. Fry ingredients for 3-4 minutes over medium heat, not forgetting to stir. Put the fried composition on top of the fish and put in the oven for 30-35 minutes. The cooking temperature is 220 degrees.
Fish dish with oranges
The last way to bake fish is considered more piquant and refined. This idea of โโcooking fish is perfect for a romantic dinner. Cut the fish fillet and pour a little lemon juice. Crumble celery and parsley and fry in oil. Pour greens and butter on a baking sheet. Next, put the fish and season with a small amount of soy sauce, mayonnaise and black pepper. We spread the flesh of the orange and โcloseโ the dish with grated hard cheese. Oven baking temperature - 200 degrees. Cooking time - 20-25 minutes. This dish goes well with boiled friable rice.
