When registering a new employee, the management (personnel body) must issue an order for employment.
All samples of orders for admission to work must comply with form N T-1 when hiring one employee, and form N T-1a when employing a group of employees.
The issuance of such orders at enterprises, as a rule, is carried out by a special person who is responsible for personnel work. An order for hiring is executed after the hired employee signs an employment contract with the management of the enterprise. It is an employment contract that is the main document and the basis for issuing an order for appointment to work.
All samples of orders for hiring, regardless of who they are drawn up for, must contain the basic data. Such data include:
- names of the enterprise (organization) which employs the employee;
- name of the department (unit, workshop) in which the new employee will be employed;
- full name of the position with the obligatory indication of the specialty;
- time and deadline for the probationary period, if it was appointed and agreed upon in the employment contract;
- features of working conditions, the nature of the duties, and may also be indicated wages.
It is worth remembering that if the employment contract does not specify specific dates and dates regarding the employment of a new employee, then the corresponding columns of the order are also not filled out.
When hiring several employees, in the order in accordance with form N T-1a, all data relating to the organization of labor are indicated for each employee separately.
After drawing up the order (s), it must be certified by the head of the enterprise (organization). When such an order is signed, it gains legal force and is filed at the enterprise. In addition, this order must be communicated to the new employee against receipt.
When hiring an employee concurrently, samples of orders for hiring have the same form as in other cases.
After the order is signed and entered into force, appropriate notes are entered in the personal documents of the employee at the enterprise (personal card and work book). Also, the order of employment allows the accountant of the company to open a personal account for the accepted employee.
In the rest, the publication of the order for admission to work should not cause difficulties, since the standard or unified form of this document is simple to fill out. But at the same time, the form of the order for hiring differs from other standard documents in a relatively moderate formalization. Therefore, many sections of the order form can be filled almost in random order.
Samples of orders for employment have a number of advantages and disadvantages over arbitrary forms of documents. Considering the fact that the form has a clear list of sections, this does not allow the employer to make separate notes on the training, coordination with the employee of all working conditions, medical examination, etc. On the one hand, this slightly simplifies the entire procedure for hiring. However, in fact, this state of affairs leads to the need for the employee to provide separate sheets and certificates in addition.
After the order has gained legal force and the employee was acquainted with it by signature, he must arrive at the place of work at the time specified in the order. If this did not happen, while the employee did not provide strong arguments (supporting documents) why he did not show up at the workplace on time, the employer has the full legal right to annul this order.
