One of the easiest cooking methods is to take 4 teaspoons of coffee, 1 liter of vodka and 2 cans of condensed milk. All ingredients are thoroughly mixed, it is best to use a mixer for these purposes. Then everything is poured into a storage container and left to infuse for an hour and a half. After again, everything is thoroughly shaken and put in the refrigerator for an hour. For this option, you will need the following products: a can of condensed milk, one liter of cream 10%, 2 teaspoons of instant coffee, about 400 ml of vodka or 60 percent alcohol, a little vanilla and cinnamon on the tip of a knife, one tablespoon of vanilla sugar, a third of a teaspoon ginger, 4 tablespoons of sugar, a teaspoon of chopped oak bark, 2 teaspoons of honey, 2 yolks.

Now you need to make the alcohol base of the liquor. To do this, we fry sugar in a frying pan, as if it were candy, to an amber color, try not to burn. This bailis recipe at home requires precise adherence to the preparation. Now we mix the vodka with vanilla, honey, ginger, cinnamon, oak bark, vanilla and the resulting sugar. We insist on the base for 7 days, periodically shake, then filter. For filtering, you can use a cotton cloth or gauze folded 2 or 3 times.

Now you need to whip the cream and 2 egg yolks. Next, dissolve the coffee in a minimum amount of water and add to the mixture, continuing to whisk. Add the condensed milk, alcohol base, vanilla sugar and whisk again. The resulting mixture is left to infuse for another 5 days. Now we filter and bottle it again, the drink is ready. Store liquor in a cool, dark place to improve its taste.

You can also make many interesting cocktails using bailis. For example, mix in a shaker or, if there is no shaker, then in a blender, crushed ice and beilis. This option will be ideal for a hot summer day. Another well-known method, when mixed in equal proportions, coffee expresso, warm milk and beilis. These two cocktails are the classic options for using the drink.
