The design of the stretch ceiling, whatever it may be, implies that the ceiling will be soft - because the necessary distance is sure to remain between the stretched film and the main ceiling of the room. When washing such a surface, one should not forget about it, and therefore it is necessary to stand on a foundation that provides stability: after all, the stretch ceiling cannot become a support.
In preparation for cleaning, it is necessary to stock up rags and detergents from those that wash stretch ceilings. The substances used for this purpose should not contain aggressive components, since there is a likelihood of damage to the ceiling. For this reason, in no case should you use detergents containing abrasive particles, as well as acids and alkalis.
It is best to purchase special soft rags that do not leave stains and lint, for example, for washing windows or a car. It can be a flannel rag or a velor napkin.

To prevent or reduce the accumulation of dust, you can treat the surface with agents that have the antistatic function.
To restore the gloss of a glossy stretch ceiling, you can treat it with a soft, lint-free cloth soaked in ordinary glass washing liquid or in a light solution (not more than 10%) of ammonia.
When cleaning the stretch ceiling, try to less pressure on it, avoiding strong bending of the surface.
