Chicken droppings are among the complex and universal organic compounds that are obtained by high-temperature drying. The composition of such fertilizer contains the necessary complex of micro and macro elements, as well as active components, which are necessary for high-quality growth and nutrition of plants.
Chicken droppings have a pH of 6.5, and the proportion of organic matter in it is 70 percent. If this fertilizer is applied systematically, it will enrich the soil, provide the necessary supply of nutrients, contribute to the development of the necessary microflora in the soil, and provide the plant root system with useful elements. Chicken droppings will increase their frost resistance, as well as improve the processes of soil formation. The above organic fertilizer, which has been cleaned by high-temperature drying, does not contain harmful microorganisms, pesticides, toxic and radioactive elements. Using chicken droppings, it is possible to minimize the formation of root rot and the appearance of certain types of pests of agricultural plants, which include carrot and meadow flies and the Colorado potato beetle. Due to the high concentration of this fertilizer, it is thirty times more economical than manure.

Dry chicken droppings are very often used as top dressing during the active growth of plants. However, the question of how to breed chicken droppings is not so acute compared to the problem of its disposal.
Since this fertilizer poses a threat to the environment, it is transported to open landfills, while such actions are punished by huge fines by the authorities. In closed quarries, the destruction of chicken manure is many times more expensive.
As for the processing of this fertilizer, today there are two main methods of its "conversion". The first option involves composting and the subsequent organization of methane digestion. In the second embodiment, fertilizer is used as biofuel, on which heating and water heating facilities operate.
The first method is simple from a technological point of view, however, it requires a huge amount of time and does not meet the criterion of profitability. The second option of using litter, on the contrary, provides savings in comparison with classical types of fuel. And the ash formed after the heat treatment of litter is an excellent fertilizer, which also does not pose a danger to the environment.
