How to roast chicken in the oven

First, prepare a marinade, and not just some, but a juicy vegetable coat. We clean a couple of large onions, a large carrot, celery, paprika, a few cloves of garlic. Take a large green apple and remove the seeds, it is not necessary to peel the skin. We grind vegetables and an apple in a meat grinder, you can add soy sauce (6 tablespoons), add the resulting mixture and add a pinch of ground spices to the powder: black pepper and oregano, finely chopped parsley. Be sure to add a couple tablespoons of French mustard seeds. The resulting juicy mass is coated with chicken pieces and left in the refrigerator to marinate overnight. In the morning, put the chicken in a baking sleeve or in a cast-iron pan so that it is covered with a vegetable coat on all sides. We fix the sleeve with a clip, cover the pan tightly with a lid. We send the future masterpiece of culinary art into the preheated oven.
