Of course the wild berry is much tastier than the store berry , but finding it is not so simple. But in the market you can find raspberries, which gardeners have grown on their sites. How to make raspberry jam, which can be enjoyed in the winter? Firstly, you need to carefully review all the berries collected - they can be found in small white worms. The peeled raspberries are weighed, a kilogram of sugar is taken per kilogram of fresh berries. It is put in a saucepan, poured with water and stirred. Put sugar on a small fire and boil the syrup until it is completely dissolved. Berries are poured into the finished sweet syrup, and after boiling, raspberry jam is kept on fire for about 10 minutes, periodically removing lush pink foam.

They prepare cans, best of all half-liter or with a volume of 0.75 liters. They are sterilized over a pot of boiling water for 5-10 minutes, the lids are boiled. This jam is well stored in the basement, in the usual and "Khrushchev" refrigerator, so you can use cans with twisted lids.

Ready jam is laid out on the banks and immediately rolled up. After seaming, you can decorate them - put a square of colored fabric on the lid and tighten with an elastic band or cord.

Raspberry jam can be made more original and fragrant. For cooking, you need a kilogram of fresh berries and the same amount of granulated sugar, a few hard cinnamon sticks. First you need to prepare sugar syrup as described in the previous recipe. When the sugar has completely melted - fresh berries are poured and 1-2 cinnamon sticks are put, boiled over medium heat for a quarter of an hour. Before rolling the jam, let it cool slightly, then pour it into pre-prepared jars, take out the cinnamon sticks and twist the jars with lids.

For winter, you can cook not only raspberry jam. Sugar berry is very tasty and sweet, without being subjected to heat treatment, it retains all the vitamins and nutrients.

To sugar raspberries for the winter, you need to take a kilogram of fresh berries, sort them out and rinse if necessary. Then they need to be poured into the pan and grind with a blender. When there are no whole berries, add 1.5 kg of sugar in raspberry puree and mix thoroughly until smooth. The berries are allowed to stand, periodically stirring once every half an hour or an hour, and when the sugar is completely dissolved, they are rolled into sterilized jars. Since the berries are not heat treated, they should be stored in a refrigerator or other cool place.
