Despite the fact that Boeing aircraft from the 747 series have been successfully used to this day, the well-known company engaged in their production has begun research on the creation of better and more modern airliners. Ultimately, in 1994, the first aircraft of the 777-300 model took off. Unlike earlier Boeing airliners, it is large in size, and is also able to travel a much more significant path without refueling.

The direct basis for the creation of this aircraft was the model 777-200. The Boeing 777-300 differs from it by an elongated 10.3 m fuselage, as well as the presence of additional cameras. The first modification significantly strengthened the fuselage itself, as well as the tail support and landing gear. As for the additional video cameras, they are needed here to help pilots in the process of maneuvering directly at the airport.

The Boeing 777-300 is capable of carrying about 550 passengers. However, this becomes possible if only one economy class is available. In economy class, the seats in most of the cabin are set to 11 rows according to the formula 3 + 5 + 3. As for the business class, here the seats are located in 9 rows (3 + 3 + 3). In the first class, the seats are installed in 6 rows (2 + 2 + 2). For full control of the liner, it is necessary that the crew consisted of two pilots.

The Boeing 777-300 aircraft has a fairly large size. Its length is 73.86 m and its height is 18.51 m. The fuselage’s diameter is 6.1 m. The wingspan of this Boeing model is 60.93 m and their total area is 427.8 m.

An empty aircraft of this type weighs 160 tons. However, it is able to fly into the air even if its mass is increased to 263 tons.

Without any refueling, this airliner is able to fly 11,029 km. At the same time, its cruising speed is 893 km / h. It can fly into the air to a height of 13,100 m. This aircraft is equipped with various engine options: PW4098, General Electric GE90-92B, as well as Rolls Royce Trent 892.

Based on the Boeing 777-300, the developers from the company have already managed to create a rather interesting and high-quality modification. This aircraft differs from its "progenitor" in several ways at once. It's about the Boeing 777-300 ER. Firstly, it has a slightly more spacious interior. Secondly, in this airliner the basic functionality has been increased, and it is able to fly even further than the 777-300 model. At the same time, flight safety only increased. Thirdly, the new model has improved wing tips. In addition, the modification instead of the General Electric GE90-92 engine provides for a more modern power unit - General Electric GE90-115B.

To date, the Boeing 777-300, together with its improved version, is the most capacious airliner that is able to carry out flights over long distances. Despite the fact that it carries on its board a large number of passenger seats, moving around the cabin of this aircraft is surprisingly easy, even if it comes to economy class.
