Products:
- two hundred grams of fish fillet;
- two chicken eggs;
- a little flour;
- seasonings in the form of ground pepper, aromatic herbs and salt;
- about a glass of cooking oil for frying.
Cooking:
- Cut the fish fillet into equal portions, salt and mix with spices. Leave the mixture to soak for half an hour.
- Pour flour into a bowl. Break the eggs into another bowl and mix with a fork.
- Roll the fish in flour first. Then immerse the slices in an egg and immediately spread on a frying pan heated with vegetable oil for frying.
Recipe number 2. How to fry pollock fish with lemon juice
Products:
- three hundred grams of pollock;
- one lemon;
- a tablespoon of sour cream or mayonnaise;
- parsley;
- flour;
- salt;
- vegetable oil for frying.
Cooking:
- Let the pollock carcasses unfreeze completely, wash thoroughly (especially inside) and let the excess liquid drain.
- Then cut the fish across into slices one and a half to two centimeters wide.
- Squeeze the juice from the lemon and pour pollock on it, lightly salt it and mix well, leave for fifteen minutes.
- Finely chop the greens with a knife and mix with sour cream.
- Roll the fish first in the sauce and then in the flour.
- Fry in vegetable oil over medium heat, turning over. To prevent the fish from breaking up, you can add fire if necessary at the beginning of cooking, reducing to the end.
Recipe number 3. How to fry fish in a pan in the form of rolls with cheese
Products:
- a pound of fish fillet (it is best to use salmon);
- two hundred grams of hard cheese;
- half a lemon;
- for frying - vegetable and butter, taken in equal proportions;
- salt;
- white pepper;
- flour;
- toothpicks.
Cooking:
- Cut the fish fillet across into thin slices.
- Sprinkle each slice with pepper and salt.
- Cut the cheese into small long sticks.
- On each fish plate, put a piece of filling and wrap it with a roll, and then chop with a half of a toothpick.
- Spread on a hot frying pan for frying, previously roll in flour.
Recipe number 4. How to fry fish fillet with the original mushroom "minced meat"
Products:
- a pound of fish fillet;
- one onion;
- three hundred grams of champignons;
- one hundred grams of fresh green peas;
- one hundred grams of cheese;
- greens;
- for frying fish - vegetable oil;
- for frying mushrooms - butter;
- flour;
- salt, seasonings.
Cooking:
- Fish fillet is best used in the form of elongated long pieces of small thickness. Rub them with salt and seasoning and leave for half an hour.
- Mushrooms and onions are cut very finely, fry until the liquid has completely evaporated and a rosy mass is obtained.
- Throw green peas for five minutes in boiling water. Remove it to cool on a colander.
- Mash cold peas with a fork and mix with mushrooms, chopped herbs and salt.
- Roll the fillet in flour and put in a hot pan. Fry the fish completely on one side, turn it over to the other. After a little baking, put the pieces back. Put a little mushroom filling on each and gently sprinkle with grated cheese. In this form, you need to fry the pieces for a few more minutes without turning.
