Orders for core activities

In administrative law, an administrative act is an administrative document - an order. Orders for core activities relate to the organizational activities of the whole enterprise (it is more correct to use the more general term “organization”, as prescribed by GOST R ISO 9000, examples of organization are a company, a company, a corporation, an enterprise, an association, an institution, a charitable organization, etc., in addition , their combinations or structural divisions), of several or one of its structural divisions. They regulate financing, planning, reporting, procurement and other production issues. The direction of the orders, the features of their preparation and approval are determined by the specifics of the organization. An example in this case can serve as orders for the main activities of the Dow, which are designed to regulate, organize and adjust the life of the preschool educational institution.

Any orders for the main activity can be oral (this is a by-law) or written (this is a by-law) and are subject to strict execution. Failure to comply with the order may entail various kinds of punishments. Depending on the severity and nature, it may be administrative, disciplinary or criminal. Draft written orders are prepared on behalf of the first head of the organization, his deputies or on their own initiative. Project preparation is divided into several stages. These include the study of the issue, as well as the collection of necessary information. After that, a draft order is drawn up, it is agreed upon, and then signed by the head.

Orders on the main activities of the enterprise are executed (in one copy) on the order forms approved by the organization. As a rule, these are sheets of A4 format, with margins on the left, top and bottom of at least 20 mm, the field on the right side of the sheet is at least 10 mm. The document must necessarily contain the details: the trademark or logo and the name of the organization, the name of the form of the document, the date of its signing and number. The heading is obligatory to the text of the order, then the text itself, the signature of the head, visas, a note about the performer. The date of the order is considered the date of its signing by the head. The title should contain the answer to the question "what?" this order. For example: “On changing the staffing list” and so on. It is not recommended to include in the heading the phrase: "Order on the organization" or "Order of the head of the organization."

The text should contain a stating and administrative parts. The first is with the goals and objectives of the prescribed actions, the reasons for issuing the order, with reference to the document that served as the basis for the preparation of the project. The ascertaining part may be omitted if the reason for the order is issued and explanation is not required. In this part, the word “I ORDER” is not written. The second, administrative part, begins with the word “I ORDER:” printed on a separate line. The following are the prescribed actions with the timing of their execution, performers. The deadline may be absent if the contractor is given a standing order.

In any orders for core activities should include the correct (standardized) terms and definitions that contribute to an unambiguous interpretation of the clear and logical content of the document. If there are several instructions, then the text of the order itself is divided into paragraphs, each of which should begin with a red line. Text after digital enumerations with a dot, for example: “1.” or “4.5.”, start with a capital letter. If a generalization is made in a section or paragraph and a colon is placed, then the subparagraphs in the enumeration must begin with a lowercase letter and end with a semicolon. If one contractor needs to record several instructions with one deadline, then the contractor and the deadline are indicated only in the main paragraph, and orders are recorded in separate subparagraphs. If several tasks are assigned to one executor with different terms, the person responsible for the assignment is indicated in the main paragraph, and the orders to the executor and the terms are listed in separate subparagraphs.

After drawing up the project, it is agreed and signed. Approval is issued by a visa on the last sheet (on the back). The draft order must be endorsed by the head of the unit in which the draft order was prepared. Next, the draft order is transferred to the structural unit or an official of the organization (for example, the secretary), who checks the compliance of the document with the requirements established by the 2003 edition of GOST R 6.30, as well as the correctness of the listed officials whose order should be endorsed, after which (how as a rule, a certain period is established in the organization, for example, no more than 5 days), the order is signed by the first head (deputy, if this is provided for by the procedures in force in the organization Oh). After signing, he is assigned a number. The orders are numbered over one calendar year, from January to December. All orders for core activities are maintained and numbered separately from orders for personnel.
