If the berries are frozen, they must first be left in the refrigerator for a while. Then you need to bring the fruit to the desired state at room temperature. In any case, they must be dry.

Next, the berries must be crushed using a meat grinder, coffee grinder or wooden pestle. The smaller they are processed, the more fluid will be produced. The resulting mixture should be placed in a glass dish, carefully tamped, pour vegetable oil (any), pre-heated to 40 - 50ΒΊ C, and tightly cork. Place the container in a dark place and leave for a week, while daily it needs to be shaken.

After a necessary period of time, the fruits should be squeezed out, and the resulting liquid filtered. About 10-15% of the oil can be distinguished from the total volume of ingredients.

Clean and dry fruits should be chopped, and the resulting juice should be poured into a glass container, tightly closed and left in a darkened cool place for 4 to 5 days. At this time, the sea buckthorn cake remaining after the liquid was pressed should be dried using an oven or in a dry, ventilated area.

After a few days, the juice in the container should be divided into two layers: the top, which is denser in consistency, and the bottom - transparent and liquid. The top layer must be carefully removed and dried, mixed with oilcake. The container should again be left for a while to settle. The procedure for removing the top layer must be repeated again.

The resulting cake must be placed in an enamel bowl, pour vegetable oil in a ratio of 1: 2 and soak in the oven for about half an hour at 60 Β° C. Then pass the mixture through a juicer.
