A re-application story
Maxim Grigoriev is a football player who has already been touched by scandals. On the eve of the game, which was supposed to be held as part of the third round of the Russian Championship (season 2011/12) between Rostov and Lokmotiv, they announced it, even when the transfer window closed. Not only Maxim, but also his former partner in Moscow “Spartak” named Dmitry Malyak. This is a violation of clause 12.10.2 of Article 12. The deadline for submitting an application by participants is clearly specified. Grigoriev himself in a post-match interview said that they called him, but he flew in, went on the field and scored a goal.
Naturally, Olga Smorodskaya (president of Lokomotiv) was extremely outraged by this situation. She wanted to file a complaint with the Russian Football Union and the Premier League. Regarding all that is happening, Igor Meshchanchuk, who is the sports director of the Premier League, said that Maxim Sergeyevich Grigoryev is temporarily registered as a player in Rostov.
Then, in 2011, on April 21, the RFU Chamber for Dispute Resolution gave Lokomotiv a refusal. That is, Olga Smorodskaya’s complaint was not satisfied. But because there were no violations by Rostov. An additional application of Grigoriev in the sports arbitration court in 2012, May 11, was recognized as legal. And the decision of the dispute resolution chamber, respectively. The defendants presented the player’s passport, and there it was clearly indicated that the player was registered on time, in advance of the closing of the transfer window. Let it be written on the RFPL website that Maxim was registered on April 1, in fact it happened on March 10.
Other facts
In the national team, Grigoryev made his debut in 2012, on November 14. Then Russia played a friendly match with the US team, which ended in a draw with the score 2: 2. Maxim played almost the entire match, replacing Smolov in the 11th minute. A little later, he was released in a match against Sweden (in the 2nd half).
The achievements of the football player are still few. With Spartak, he won second place in the Russian Championship (in 2009), and with Lokomotiv he won third in 2013/14. Well, it is safe to say that these are far from the last trophies of a young football player. A player with good potential, with fairly confident possession of the ball, so you can safely assume that he will still reveal his full potential.
