  • For constipation, it is recommended to use fresh pumpkin pulp (or seeds) with honey or cooked pumpkin cereals.
  • Also, with severe constipation, you can alleviate the condition with a mixture of dried apricots and prunes (400 g each), Alexandrian leaf (1 pack) and liquid honey (200 ml). Dried fruits and herbs are crushed in a blender or meat grinder and poured with honey. This mixture should be consumed in the morning on an empty stomach (1 tsp) or before bedtime, washed down with water at room temperature (at least a glass).
