A managerial decision can be defined as the result of analysis, optimization, forecasting and
economically sound choice of an alternative from numerous options for achieving the goal of the management system. This is also a creative and volitional impact directed by the subject of management to eliminate the problem and bring the actual parameters of the object closer to the predicted, desired.
A solution can be called managerial if it is developed for a social system, that is, its vector is directed towards strategic planning, management of production and
management activities, human resource management, etc.

To make a good managerial decision, scientific principles and approaches,
modeling methods, automated control, intuition, rationality and experience are used. The intuitive method directly depends on feelings and experience, and if you focus only on it, you can become a hostage to the case, faced with new unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, for
strategic management it is recommended to use scientific methods of analysis and optimization, taking into account and considering several alternatives.
