- Sergey Otrokh (bodybuilder), received the world title in 1994;

In parallel with the training of athletes, Vladimir is engaged in active sports. In 1994, participated in the transition along the Tibetan plateau. The transition took place with the condition that all participants throughout the month eat exclusively local plants.
In 1998, Goltis participated in a bike ride across Africa. Cyclists traveled 850 km across the Sahara, and the total number of kilometers traveled was 8 thousand. Since 2000 , Goltis is an active frontman of the Equites extreme team.

The first, or basic, step should last about 8 months. This stage is designed to correct the skeletal system and prepare all organs, mainly the heart muscle and blood vessels, for the transition to the next, more complex stage. During these months, the lungs are cleaned and the hormonal background is stabilized, the body is completely cleansed, all organs are strengthened.

In preparatory classes, certified instructors divide people into groups, depending on their state of health and physical fitness.
