The creation of a porcelain factory in Dobrush became a landmark event not only for the city itself, but also for the entire Gomel region. The decision to build the enterprise was made not so long ago - in 1975. The first batch of products at this plant was manufactured in the last days of December 1978.
In the 90s, the enterprise was privatized and received its modern name - CJSC Dobrush Porcelain Factory. Today it is the largest producer of porcelain dishes in Eastern Europe and the only one in Belarus. The company's products are quite popular in a number of countries, including Russia.
