Alan Chumak. Biography of the first Soviet healer

Alan Chumak, whose biography is presented in this article, was the first person to introduce the viewers of the former USSR to such a profession as a healer. Moreover, this happened on the air, and he, as a discoverer, had to take on a barrage of admiration and negativity in the form of spectator responses. In the 80s, it was difficult to find a person who did not see the sessions of this healer. But after the resounding success, Alan Chumak (photo below) unexpectedly disappeared, and almost no one heard anything about his future activities.

Childhood and youth

There is very little information about this period. It is known that Chumak did not show any psychic abilities in childhood . He was an ordinary average child. That is what most sources say.

However, then opposite messages began to appear that Alan's unusual abilities arose in his early adolescence. It was then that he began to tell his brother about the Indian religion and culture. And what is not ordinary here, you ask. It’s just that at that time they didn’t have a book about India at home.

Chumak is also credited with owning some kind of superknowledge, thanks to which he could answer an unexpected question about any historical person or event. Without any preparation, the future healer stated the facts in all details, striking the imagination of the interlocutors.

Here is what Alan Chumak himself, whose photo was massively sold in the USSR, says about his abilities for extrasensory perception:

β€œMy Gift opened at a rather late age - at 42 years old. In that wonderful moment I saw the surrounding reality in all the variety of energy-informational interactions. I began to distinguish the auras of people.

And then a waterfall hit me as if. Streams of water fell from above and washed my body. I felt them with every cell. But in reality, there was no water around. There was only energy. Her powerful flows fed my body. Over time, the sensations weakened and were no longer so bright. However, the energy did not become less.

When I concentrated on my palms and let the energy flow through them, they blushed, and veins swelled on my wrists. Sometimes my blood pressure jumped up and nausea rolled - my body could not cope with the force pouring into it. ”

School and University

Alan Chumak, whose biography was known to every Soviet citizen, did not study well at school. His only passion at the time was astronomy. Also, the boy was seriously interested in riding a bicycle and even received the title of master of sports.

After school, Chumak entered the Institute of Physical Education in Moscow. After graduating, Alan got a job as a coach in a cycling team and achieved some success in this field. But when Chumak was 30 years old, he was forced to leave there.

Passion for journalism

Thinking about new areas of activity, future psychic Alan Chumak decided to dwell on journalism. He easily entered the Moscow State University, and after his graduation he got a place in the newspaper "Evening Moscow". Then he worked in several other publications - Moskovsky Komsomolets, Trud and others. During that period, he had a magical gift. The new healer devoted all his free time to the study of discovered abilities.

Treatment sessions

Alan Chumak, whose biography is eventful, worked daily to improve his healing abilities. He began to take patients. Over time, the man completely abandoned journalistic activities.

In 1989, Alan Chumak, whose treatment sessions were becoming increasingly popular, was invited to television. Just during this period, breaking stereotypes, society longed for new ideas, formats, broadcasts and individuals. The healer instantly became a popular celebrity.

Alan Chumak, whose medical sessions are still remembered, charged water at a distance, performed magical manipulations of his hands, gave information for drawing on candles, etc. Everything was done for only one thing - to restore health to viewers.

Soon a series of programs with psychics ended, and letters to the channel’s editors continued to arrive in an endless stream. In his book, Chumak wrote that their number exceeded 6 million. People wanted a repeat of the sessions, thanked, criticized, asked for a personal meeting. Such success required the healer to continue, but the Ministry of Health thought differently. He quickly stopped the unhealthy popularity of a psychic and stopped his massive work.

In subsequent years, Alan Chumak, whose biography was described above, went headlong into scientific and experimental work. Together with other experts, the psychic was studying his own gift.
