Description
"Kuzbass" refers to complexes of minimal tillage. One pass through the field is enough to complete the entire sowing cycle: cultivation, harrowing, sowing, fertilizing, rolling and leveling the soil, seed dressing. This skips the stage of preliminary soil preparation before sowing, which is necessary when using traditional agricultural technologies. When using PC, seed germination increases, plants grow healthy, and a good ear is formed in cereals.
The workplace of the machine operator is as automated and computerized as possible. A special monitor displays all the data on the operation of the units of the unit. The tractor driver controls the pressure parameters in the pneumatic system, the level of fertilizers and grain in the hopper, the drive of the sowing mechanisms and other processes.
Operational Features
The PC has a unique pneumatic system for the Russian Federation and an automated multifunctional hopper. Both bunker compartments have independent sowing mechanisms, so that fertilizers and seeds can be simultaneously poured into each compartment. The dimensions of the dispenser allow you to evenly sow any cereal and bean crops.
The seed through the vas deferens system is supplied under pressure, pumped by a powerful fan, which is driven by its own diesel engine. Seeds are literally blown into the ground to a depth that is automatically adjustable. The press-on system then rams the arable land slightly, ensuring optimal seed contact with the soil. To accurately copy the terrain, pairwise mounted press wheels are mounted on the balancers.

Kuzbass PC is available in four versions: PK-6.1, PK-8.5, PK-9.7 and PK-12.2 with varying degrees of aggregation. The numbers in the title indicate the width of the cultivator's grip of the cultivated area and its productivity. At the same time, the transport width for all models is the same - 5.6 m. Some complexes of both manufacturers have problems with seeding control when working at too low or too high (not regular) speeds. Also, with increased speed and high humidity of seeds (and fertilizers), undersowing can be observed: the material does not have time to fall asleep in the dispenser. This is a consequence of improper use of the PC and is not a minus unit.
