Refusal from the "Mobile Bank"
In some situations, it may be necessary to deactivate the Mobile Bank service. It should be understood that such an operation will cause a lot of inconvenience in the future when using the card on the Internet and working with the Sberbank Online service.
If the decision to disable Mobile Banking is final, then you can do this using several methods:

It is important to remember : temporary blocking of "Mobile Bank" does not mean its complete shutdown. The subscription fee for using the "Full package" continues to be deducted from the account.

- by phone number.
In cases where the recipient's card number is known, the transfer can be done by sending 900 SMS with the text “AAAA BBBB 5000 transfer” to the phone. Instead of AAAA, you must indicate the last 4 digits of your card, BBBB - the card number of the recipient, and 5000 - the amount of transfer.
The Mobile Bank (Sberbank) service also allows transferring from one card to another, knowing the recipient's phone number. In this case, the text of the message should be made in the following format: “transfer 9111111111 5000”, where instead of 9111111111 the recipient's phone number is indicated from ten digits without 8 or +7, and 5000 is replaced with the required amount. After that, the system will send an SMS with a confirmation code, as well as the name and surname of the recipient, it will be necessary to check all the data. If they are correct, then you need to send this code to the number 900.
