This category of boilers is designed to generate steam. Most enterprises that use steam in the process require high pressure. Therefore, the performance of such equipment is composed of indicators of temperature and pressure. Mostly gas industrial steam boilers are units that generate steam with a capacity of not less than 0.25 t / h through fire tube structures. Depending on the requirements of the enterprise, you can choose models with more power. As a rule, the maximum reaches 55 t / h. Pressure indicators, in turn, can be up to 30 bar, and temperature conditions - up to 300 º. Modern models are distinguished by the ability to work on various types of liquid and gaseous fuels. It will not be superfluous to take into account the additional equipment provision in the form of deaeration devices, dispensers and bubblers when choosing.

Hot water models

Models with hot water supply differ in the symmetrical arrangement of the heating surfaces, but, as in the case with steam units, they work on the principle of one-or multi-pass passage of the combustion product. At the same time, it is worth noting the multifunctionality and versatility that industrial gas boilers are endowed with. In many respects, the reliability of the equipment, its safety and, as a consequence, the price depend on it. In some cases, such characteristics of the operation of water-heating devices as the pressure level (maximum is about 16 bar) and heat output, which varies from an average of 0.7 to 35 MW, come first.

These, for example, are units from the German manufacturer Bosch, which supplies models with the ability to work on both gas and liquid fuels. Also noteworthy are the Babcock Wanson models with maximum power up to 1757 kW. For large enterprises, it is worth noting the products of the Belgian company Prestige. It produces installations from several hot water boilers, characterized by high reliability and working life.

In turn, gas-fired industrial gas boilers of Russian production are available in the lines of Turbopar, Gorgaz and Aguna. The factories of these enterprises are engaged in serial production, including units of increased power up to 3.6 MW. Models are distinguished by the presence of automatic systems, a variety of designs and the ability to adapt specifically to the requirements of the installation site.

The long-term use of boiler equipment depends not only on the working resource laid down by the manufacturer. To a large extent, it is determined by maintenance - its quality and frequency. Among the maintenance measures, keeping the chimney in optimal condition and conducting regular inspections of all systems for the removal of combustion products stands out. No less important is the cleaning of industrial gas boilers, for which the burner is located on the door. In this state, it can open left and right, allowing cleaning. This operation should be performed regularly, but taking into account the intensity of operation of the equipment.

Service life

Subject to the manufacturer's recommendations, gas equipment can serve an average of 15 to 20 years. Again, the retention period of a working resource depends on many factors, including the materials used and the good faith during maintenance. In this regard, the lifetime of industrial gas boilers up to the moment of the first cleaning is also important. Usually this period is 3000 hours. The need for major repairs is difficult to overestimate, but it should be done at large intervals - about once every 3 years.

Gaseous fuel boilers are evaluated by consumers according to different criteria. First of all, it is productivity - for example, most foreign models demonstrate working pressure, quite close to the officially declared one. At the same time, domestic gas industrial boilers have already established themselves as safe, functional and at the same time aesthetically pleasing equipment. However, most of the models from major Russian manufacturers are deprived of the main advantage of our products - a lower price in relation to imported analogues. Also, many attribute the weaknesses of gas boilers on the market to the need for an external boiler and problems with the installation and operation of the thermocouple.
