Any commercial activity should begin with a business plan. This is a document reflecting the problems that an entrepreneur will face in the process of achieving strategic goals. Business planning at the enterprise should provide for the solution of not only strategic, but also tactical goals that are facing the management. It should include:
- assessment of organizational, managerial and financial and economic condition of the company;
- analysis of potential and effective opportunities for activity, its strengths and weaknesses;
- drawing up investment objectives and goals for a given period.

- general and specific models of the company’s functioning in the modern economy;
- selection of optimal tactics and competition strategies;

We are talking about the characteristics of technology, implementation costs, necessary patents, know-how, licenses.
