The concept of "entrepreneurship" means any activity aimed at obtaining constant profits from the sale of certain groups of goods, the production of any product with subsequent sale and the provision of services. At the same time, persons engaged in any type of entrepreneurial activity must be duly registered as an entrepreneur.
An entrepreneur or businessman is currently considered to be any person who carries out any economic activity independently and solely of his own free will, entering into relations with other business entities.
Types of entrepreneurial activity depending on the content, focus, object of capital application, as well as obtaining specific results, are different. This distinguishes between manufacturing, financial, credit, insurance, intermediary and commercial-commercial entrepreneurship.
Production entrepreneurship in the broad sense of the word means the creation or production of any product that the consumer needs and can be sold or sold in exchange for other goods, that is, we can talk about the production of any product, goods, information, knowledge, spiritual values or services directly employed by the entrepreneur using the means of production owned or rented by him. At the same time, all produced values ββare intended for subsequent sale.
Industrial entrepreneurship in Russia is the most risky occupation due to the almost complete absence of conditions for this type of activity.
There are other types and forms of entrepreneurship, the most famous type being commercial or commercial, with which the manufacturing business is closely connected. Commercial entrepreneurship is developing in Russia at a very fast pace. The principle of its organization is quite different from the production one, because the entrepreneur here does not produce material assets, but only sells finished goods to the final consumer, having previously purchased them from other persons, including direct producers.
The attractiveness of commercial entrepreneurship lies in the obvious opportunity to sell a product at a higher price than it was purchased, while receiving a fairly significant profit. However, in practice it is not so simple to realize such an opportunity - often the enormous work of an entrepreneur-trader is in the background. In addition, for the successful conduct of the trading business, you need to study and constantly know the unsatisfied demand of potential buyers and be able to quickly respond to all changes in the market situation, offering consumers the necessary goods or their analogues. This is the main difficulty of commercial entrepreneurship.
There are other types of entrepreneurial activity on the market - this is financial and credit business, as well as intermediary and insurance business, of which the most risky is, perhaps, intermediary.
As types and forms of entrepreneurship, a sole proprietorship, a partnership, and a corporation are distinguished. Sole proprietorship, as the name implies, is the business of one person who has privately owned material resources and the necessary equipment for production activities.
Partnership is a natural continuation of a one-man business when two or more partners start a business.
And finally, a form of ownership that is separate from specific owners is a corporation. This is usually a legal entity on behalf of which specific people act in the market, buying and selling assets, providing loans and so on.
Among the forms included in the larger form of the corporation, a small enterprise, a joint stock company and a joint venture are known.
Here, perhaps, all types of entrepreneurial activity. An important factor influencing the success of a business is the culture of entrepreneurship. This concept may include commitment, honesty, good faith and decency. The culture of entrepreneurship is also the ability to negotiate, communicate with partners, the press and much more.
