Here he became the owner of his first won club trophy - the Cup of France. As a Monaco player, Yuri Dzhorkaeff also played his first matches for the country's national team.
After the contract expires, Yuri goes to the PSG team. In a Parisian club, the game of a football player sparkled with new bright colors. He turned not only into an indispensable player, a “conductor” of the center line of the field, but also into an original forward of the team. For two seasons spent in PSG, Yuri scored 27 goals. Naturally, such a player could not be missed by the richest Italian clubs, who at that time bought the best football players in the world. In 1996, Jorkaeff became an Inter player, signing a four-year contract with the Milan club.
The owner of the team Massimo Moratti sought to make Inter the strongest club not only in Italy. First you had to win at least something in Europe. To do this, he began to packs to buy the best players in the leading European championships. The team was joined by Christian Vieri, Ronaldo, Jorkaeff.
