Ural Granite Plant was founded by ZKS in 2005. The aim of the project is the manufacture of facade and interior decoration materials from ceramic granite. Today, the company offers the widest range of products made from natural components according to Italian technology.
Description
The production facilities of the Urals porcelain stoneware plant ZKS are located in the city of Snezhinsk, Chelyabinsk region. The enterprise is a modern powerful technological complex capable of producing large-scale products for various purposes and appearance.
From 2005 to 2010, the ZKS factory produced porcelain tiles under the brands AZORI and Kerabud. Since 2009, the company has been manufacturing products under its own brand, Ural Granite. With the launch of the 4th line in July 2011, the plant’s capacity increased to 8.5 million m 2 of ceramic granite per year. Sorting and registration of granite is carried out according to calibers and tones, which allows, if necessary, to understaff previous orders with products that most closely match the texture and color scheme.

Rectification
Rectification is a process of additional machining of already made tiles. At the finishing stage on the machines, the side edges are cut with an accuracy of a few tenths of a millimeter. After such processing, the products get accurate dimensions (for example, 600x600 format tiles have a tolerance of deviations of only 0.4 mm) and can already be fully used for laying flooring or cladding facades.
