The presented equipment relates to general-purpose equipment, which is intended for the primary removal of various impurities from the grain mixture - pieces of stems, leaves, sex, large pollutants. She is the first to “meet” the harvest harvested by the combine, and the quality of her product, ready for sale, depends on the quality of her work. Pre-treatment is carried out before drying the seeds and storing them.
The MPO-50 machine is able to work with many types of cultivated plants, and in production it is more often used for processing:

Operating principle
Processing of a heap of grain begins with its receipt in the distribution screw. Here, the products are evenly distributed over the entire width of the moving mesh conveyor, which is helped by the shaker. Seeds pass through the grate along with fine contaminants, and coarse litter is carried away from the machine in a separate stream.
The mass cleaned in MPO-50 from large contaminants enters the suction channel, where the fan, pumping air pressure, selects small particles and sends them to the settling chamber. The grain is not carried away by air currents, but by gravity enters the next stationary line machine.
To adjust the cleaning process, regulate the
throttle valve, which controls the pneumatic pressure pumped by the fan, and also install a mesh conveyor with different cell diameters. The smaller the “honeycomb”, the better the processing.
The MPO-50 grain pretreatment machine has proven itself in combination with primary cleaning stations ZVS-20 or BIS-100 units. Together they are used both in the full cycle of cleaning grain and before drying for storage.
