Magomed was born on November 5, 1992 in Ingushetia, in the small village of Ordzhonikidzevskaya. He started playing football in childhood under the guidance of his father, a former good player in the Grozny “Terek” who was forced to leave Chechnya due to the war.
At the age of 14, Magomed Ozdoev liked the scouts and Nazran "Angusht" and the young player was invited to the youth squad, appointed a scholarship. However, Magomed stayed in Nazran a little over a year, moving in 2008 to Terek, in which he was offered incomparably better conditions.
But in Grozny Ozdoev did not stay long, responding to the invitation of Dynamo Kyiv.
Legionnaire Bread
The conditions offered to the player in the legendary club, as well as the authority of the coaching tandem of Yuri Semin and Boris Ignatiev, served as a good incentive for the move of Magomed Ozdoev from Grozny to Kiev. But due to the peculiarities of Ukrainian football legislation, which did not allow registering a contract with such young foreign players, Magomed had to trump his signature tricks only during Dynamo training.
Having never played a single game in half a season, the player began to look for other options, although Kiev coach Yuri Semin has repeatedly stated in the press that he really needs a player like Ozdoev Magomed. The footballer attracted the attention of the German Schalke 04 breeders and for some time attended the training of the youth of this famous club, but the deal did not crown again with the signing of the contract.
Meanwhile, Yuri Semin was fired from Dynamo Kyiv and returned to his native Lokomotiv, wanting to see his favorite Magomed as a member of the railroad team as a first step.

The next season was the best for Magomed Ozdoev - he regularly went on the field, and not only in the domestic championship matches, but also in European competitions. The coach of the Russian “youth team” Nikolai Pisarev liked the game of a young football player - a technical and physically powerful midfielder made his debut in the youth team of Russia.
The 2011/2012 season was so successful for Ozdoev that, despite his young age, the coaching staff of the Russian national team included the player in an extended list of candidates for a trip to Euro 2012, which Magomed, unfortunately, did not attend.
The next season in the “Lokomotiv” cannot be called successful for the midfielder - with the arrival of the “railwaymen” Jose Couceiro on the coaching bridge , Ozdoev became less and less part of the team, and over the course of two seasons the player appeared on the field only occasionally.
In July 2014, the midfielder was sent on loan to Kazan “Rubin” and through hard work in training, he gained the right to go on the basis of this team. In Kazan, Magomed Ozdoev scored as many goals in half a season as he had in all the time spent in Lokomotiv, and in September 2014 the young player made his debut in the adult Russian team in an official match against the Azerbaijani team.
